1.) Favorites:

a) Movie.
A Beautiful Mind

b) Song/Band.
Steve Miller Band

c) Book.
Tie: The Da Vinci Code and Memoirs of a Geisha

2.) The Last Time/Person You…

a) Hugged
My beautiful (and very wealthy) fiance Helen.

b) Called
My ex -- to schedule a graduation photo session with my son. It's always the edge with her.

c) Went somewhere with nobody knowing.
Hmmmm...can't put this in writing. May come back to haunt me.

3.) If you were trapped on a desert island and could only bring 3 things, what would they be?
Easy -- Water, Food (common sense) and a calculator (entertainment).

4.) Most embarrassing moment.
When I was wearing my new biker shorts after a long ride and caught a guy staring at my fanny.

5.) VS! (Choose wisely…)

a) Chocolate/Vanilla
Vanilla

b) Coffee/Tea
Coffee - complete zombie in the morning without it.

c) Wisteria/Roses
Roses, of course. You should see my prize garden -- I hope my ex-wife has been keeping up with it.

d) Cake/Death
Who would ever choose death? Life is too precious.

6.) Open-ended response. (50 words or less.)

Life is like an exam. You must prepare thoroughly and double-check everything. Every now and then you find that you may have misunderstood a question and need to go back and change your answer.
